Essentially a Tom Collins with the addition of a whole egg. The Royal Fizz is served up without ice and has a velvety smooth texture.


  • 60mL Gin
  • 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 20mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
  • Dash of Soda Water
  • Egg (whole)


  1. Dry shake the whole egg
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to your cocktail shaker
  3. Add a dash of soda water to your collins glass
  4. Shake & double strain into your collins glass
  5. Garnish with a twist of lemon
