How to make a Pisco Sour

Pisco Sour Cocktail Recipe

The Pisco Sour is made using the South American grape spirit, Pisco. The cocktail was first created by an American bartender in the capital of Peru back in the 1920s.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60mL Pisco
  • 30mL Fresh Lime Juice
  • 22.5mL Sugar Syrup
  • Egg White
  • Amargo Chuncho Bitters (or Angostura)

HOW TO

  1. Dry shake the egg white
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to cocktail shaker
  3. Shake & strain into a chilled coupe glass
  4. Finish with 3 drops of bitters
