How to make a Pantomime

Pantomime Cocktail Recipe

The recipe only calls for small measures of orgeat and grenadine enables the botanicals of the vermouth to shine through. Luscious egg white foam, aromas of nutmug and subtle flavours.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60mL Dry Vermouth
  • 5mL Orgeat
  • 5mL Grenadine
  • Egg White

HOW TO

  1. Dry shake the egg white
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to your cocktail shaker
  3. Shake & double strain into a chilled, stemmed cocktail glass
  4. Garnish with grated nutmeg
