Fernet Flip Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 45mL Fernet-Branca
  • 45mL Sweet Vermouth
  • 5mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
  • 2 Dashes of Xocolatl Mole Bitters
  • Whole Egg

Instructions

  1. Dry shake the whole egg (see video below)
  2. Add remaining ingredients
  3. Shake & double strain into a chilled, stemmed cocktail glass
  4. Garnish with grated nutmeg
