Jamaican Breeze Cocktail


  • 45mL Jamaican Rum
  • 60mL Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • Ginger


  1. Add a small nob of fresh, peeled ginger to your cocktail shaker and muddle
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to your cocktail shaker
  3. Shake & strain over ice into a double old fashioned glass
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel
