How to make a French 75

French 75 Cocktail

The French 75 cocktail is a slight variation on the classic Tom Collins. It was originally made using cognac but is more commonly made with gin nowadays.

INGREDIENTS

  • 30mL Tanqueray Gin
  • 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 22.5mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
  • 90-100mL Sparkling Wine

HOW TO

  1. Add all the ingredients except the sparkling wine to your cocktail shaker
  2. Shake then add the sparkling wine and stir
  3. Pour over fresh ice into a collins glass
  4. Garnish with a twist of lemon
