How to make a Basil Daisy

Basil Daisy Cocktail

The Basil Daisy is an easy to drink, herbacious cocktail with subtle bitter notes due to the addition of Aperol. As featured in Imbibe Magazine.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60mL Vodka
  • 15mL Aperol
  • 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 30mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
  • Fresh Basil

HOW TO

  1. Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
  2. Shake & double strain over crushed ice into a hi-ball
  3. Garnish with a basil leaf
